Eph. 2:12

So - I humbly invite you to set aside your religious biases; take a look at what we have been taught to defend; put on your ‘thinking caps’; get out your Bibles, dictionaries, concordances and commentaries. Search for Scriptural wisdom as for ‘fine gold’; show yourself to be Biblically ‘approved’ – ‘prudent’ i.e. ‘mature’. Not being tossed about by every ‘wind’ of doctrine; ready to give every man a truthful, more fully-accounted-for Biblical answer; able to make disciples that stand and perform the whole duty of man before YHWH (Ex.19:7-8; 24:7-8, Ecc.12:13, Jos.24:15, Mt.19:17, 1Jn.2:3-6).

Distinguishing Biblical Covenant and Law

              Whether you are attending a Church or a Synagogue;

whether you consider yourself  a good person, Christian, Torah

Observant, religious or just a cynical atheist bystander; we have

all been lied to. We all have been Biblically lied to and/or led to

error in various ways and degrees. Lie is a strong word. We must

remember that all of us have been born into an already ongoing

situation; that we will either legitimize or leave. Most of us also

are or have been guilty of not studying what we have been raised

to believe and/or now led to believe that we now may choose to

defend as Biblical ‘truth’ (including any perceived lack thereof).

 

                 The Bible tells us in various ways that we are to have

the ‘faith’ of Abraham. We must discern what the faith of Abraham is and even potentially more important; what it is not. Whether realized or not, we have all been fed a religious script on both sides of the Gentile/Jewish line. Most on all sides do not invest five minutes to read the Bible daily (let alone study it) to search out what we have been and are being told. Our Heavenly Father Biblically has likened us to ‘sheep’ – which is accurate, sheep do not lead; they follow – many times blindly – to their own destruction.

 

                 Whether you are Christian or Messianic; 2Tim.2:15 directs you to, “study and show yourself approved”. If you are Jewish (Rabbinic, Orthodox or otherwise); Prv.25.2 directs you to “search out the matter”. The ancient sage ‘Rabbi Judah’ admonished to ‘careful study; for an error in study can lead to a presumptuous sin’. Rabbi Shaul (the Apostle Paul) speaking of the devout Jews of his day said at Acts 17:11;

 

         Act 17:11  “These (the Berean Jews v:10)  were more noble than

      those (Jews) in Thessalonica, in that they received the word with

      all readiness of mind, and searched the scriptures (the TaNaK; i.e.

      The Old Testament) daily, whether those things were so.”

 

                 “Ready” to do what; Absolutely nothing? – Deny and say it ‘ain’t so’? Explain it away? Turn a deaf ear so as to practice ‘religion-as-usual’? Being changed by nothing? A closed mind is not a ‘ready’ mind. A mind at-the-ready is in-gear. Those that are closed cannot be honest, those that are honest will always be ‘open’ i.e. ‘ready’ i.e. ‘prudent’ (Prv.14:15/2Cor.10:12).

 

                 I have a ‘Pastor’ friend that turned a Sunday keeping Church to being a more Torah Observant Sabbath keeping Messianic Congregation. He has made a statement I full well agree with; “I am not about to give up a bunch of Church error, only to embrace a bunch of Jewish error”. That statement needs to be brought to its logical Covenant conclusion, in so many ways.

 

                 The intent of this website is to be ‘Set-Apart’. In other words; if it’s Bible let’s do it – If it not, let’s loose it. It must be said that this situation must be accounted for fully and divided correctly. This website is dedicated to the reality that most of what passes for religion, no matter what the flavor or stripe, possesses elements and dynamics that are spiritually schizophrenic; akin to a religious matrix. The honest will want to know; the deceived think they already do. In other words; the view of religious reality (that does possess certain truisms) in many cases, is not Biblical reality (in the sense of fully-accounted-for truth). This; like it or not, has rendered many objections of the atheists as accurate and valid, paving the way for the decades long mass exodus from anything called ‘church’ that many have acknowledged and lament over as of this writing.

 

                 When it comes down to it, honest people require Truth, so does Yahweh/YHWH (Hos.4:6/Mic.6:8). Truth and a working understanding of it is the only answer. A lie is a lie - an endlessly repeated error is not much better. A lie will never become ‘the Truth’ no matter how authoritative and fervent the volume or emotional and adamant the repetition.
